Recruiting a Recruiter
I am looking for a recruiter in Ukraina - YOU. You would search suitable candidates to become my co-worker in my business. You would use various internet tools for it. You would work remotely from home or any place you want in Ukraina. The work is part time, you can work any time best suits you. You can easily do it next to your regular job. You only need an internet connection. I would pay you for the time worked. I expect to need you for cca. 2-3 hours a day, so you can make around 2500 GRN per month. It would be suitable for someone who has another job or has some free time during the day. Also if you know about some other person for this job and you recommend it to me, I would give you some financial reward.
I am an enterpreneur located in Brno, Czech Republic. I have some activities in the IT industry as well as in organizing outdoor trips and similar endeavours. I would like to expand these activities and find a business partner and co-worker that would help me achieve that goal. For finding that co-worker I need a recruiter first - you.
You would address potential candidates in Ukraina for the role of my co-worker and try to find a suitable person for me.
From multiple reasons I decided trying to find a suitable person in Ukraine. Recently, the visa regime of the EU has been relaxed and also the situation on the Czech job market is more welcoming for recruiting someone from abroad because there are very few people looking for jobs currently. The authorities became more willing to accept foreign workers for positions that cannot be filled by domestic staff.
I need a recruiter (you) to find a co-worker in Ukraine, preferably a woman, that would be willing to relocate (at least temporarily) to Czech republic, learn the language and other important things and gradually start building a business of various kinds of tourist services, mainly guided tours in near as well as distant destinations. It is, however, very important to me to choose the right person for such an important task. The role is rather experimental and certainly not everybody would fit into it. I am not only looking for a good worker but in the first place a personality that would well fit to my way of working and viewing the world.
As I have no experience with the social environment in Ukraine my plan is first to find a person that would have that experience and could act as a recruiter to help me find my future co-worker. The task of the recruiter will be to advertise on the right places, process the responses of the candidates and provide the results in a conveniently accessible way for my further use. The goal is to address as many candidates as possible and maximize the amount of responses we can possibly get. That goal clearly depends on the amount of money invested into such campaign. Each advertising costs something. The crucial point here is that there are more and less cost efficient ways of addressing the potential candidates. There are not only the job sites but also social networks, things like Facebook groups, Linked In, etc. My goal is to spend as little as possible in the advertising itself and rather pay you for your time doing the advertising work.
As I said, I must be very cost efficient, therefore I am looking for someone who knows how to recruit people using various free or cheap channels. I can do it here in my country where I know the language, know the landscape of various social networks, understand the habbits of the people and can guess how they will react on various types of advertisements etc. But I lack that knowledge in the Ukrainian society, not speaking about not knowing the language at all (except a few words in Russian).
Therefore I need a bright-minded person - you - who has a tremendously good orientation in recruitment tools in Ukraine, or better said tools that can be used for recruitment with a low cost. You should be at least that bright-minded that you managed to read this text up to this point.
I need someone to execute a smart recruitment campaign for finding me the right candidate for my co-worker. As the position is somewhat special it will require to address a lot of potential candidates and select the right one. I need you to come with ideas how to achieve that goal and then execute on these ideas, i.e. advertise the position on relevant places and media and process the responses from the candidates.
The work I need to do is solely sitting behind a computer, advertising and processing the reactions. You can do that work whenever and wherever it suits you - at home during the evenings, at your office, at your favorite mountain hut. I only need some evidence that you did your job and mainly I need to see the results.
I look for somebody smart and honest and the same I can offer. This is a serious offer, although it may look somewhat special.
A start-up company based in Brno, Czech Republic is seeking a co-worker that would help to start a business related to various tourist services, guided tours and social activities. We are looking for a woman around 30 years of age, intelligent, innovative, organizationally capable, ready to work with people, that would be willing to spend several months in Czech Republic, learn the language and other necessary things and gradually start working in a business. For the first period we offer covering the basic costs of living, tuition costs, travel costs, work permit and a starting level salary, later we can offer a share of the business depeding on the real results. We are looking for a person that is open to new things, is not afraid of exploring the unknown and wants to travel and live for free for some time abroad to learn new things and find new opportunities. We certainly offer serious approach, safety and no starting input costs from the side of the candidate (except her time).
I want to work with somebody who can give me this type of answers and ideas. I am not only looking for a hard worker in the sense that you will do what I tell you, I expect your investment. Not financial but as of ideas. Imagine it is a game and the winner is who gets the more responses from other people. Do you like to play games?

Except the basic expectations I should also mention some other organizational details. Before we start cooperating it would be nice to see each other in person and talk. As a minimum we can do it on Skype.
You will be paid based on hours spent at work for me. You would write a detailed work log so that I can check what you did in the hours that I pay. My idea is around 40 GRN per hour. We will find a way how to send the payment without spending too much on the taxes, transport etc. We will communicate using mail and Skype. All accounts that you will use for the recruitment will be transparent for me, i.e. I will have the passwords and will be able to check what is happening there.
We will be honest to each other and if one of us promises something it is valid as if it was a written agreement. At least from my side I can promise that.
